1:07p.m

Check out of the hotel room and meet Roman and Anne for lunch in the restaurant downstairs. Very posh. We’re sitting next to a live jazz band that I find half-surreal and half-annoying. They seem to be getting louder with each song.

3:30p.m

The car arrives and it’s time to head to the airport, my time here is near an end…Ireland and back within 24hrs, surreal lifestyle really.

7:30p.m

Land in England, turn phone on and get greeted by a stack of emails, 4 answer phone messages and a photo message of the puppy from Cally; a lot happens when you’re in the air for an hour it would seem.

9:13p.m

Home at last, just in time for Ultimate Fighting Championship on Sky. I don’t watch much TV but when I do, it’s always cage fighting. Tonight Matt Serra puts his belt on the line against the man he beat for it, its so tense even Cally is watching!

11:50p.m

I watch in horror as Matt gets absolutely destroyed within 3 minutes of the main event and loses his belt. Cally feels sorry for anyone that gets hit in the face.

12:22a.m

Another weekend done and dusted, and a week of studio to look forward to - getting tracks finished for the new Tidy compilation I’m mixing. No matter where I go in the world, nowhere beats the Queen sized bed in my own house, and I’m out like a light the second my head touches the pillow.
