I've been thinking on how to actually review party in the car park since just before leveing the event yesterday, because it wernt the typical run of the mill event i go to ie it wernt a club event but it kinda had that feel but allso a totally different feel ie the event wernt takeing itself seriouslly but @ the same time it was, it's kinda hard to describe but it was a good / fun day / night out.

I'll be Honest if i didn't manage to blag a set i wouldn't have gone simple as but im glad i managed to blag a set because i had a wicked day.

And for the 1st time ever in a review by me im not gunna review set's as because for once i really dunno what to say about indavidual set's apart from every set i heard was good and the mixing from everyone was spot on, and when i mean spot on i mean Wowzer it was Tight and spot on apart from myself who was slightlly a tad out here and there lol ;p (yes im gunna have some mix training, so the next time i play out some where i'll be spot on and Tight in the mix like everyone else was @ the event). And evan though yes i know i need a bit more practice until my next play out i had an awesome time spinning my set i did :) and Thanks again for the play Peter & Stu Nice One Guys :)

Evan though i said i wernt gunna comment on indavidual sets i must make a few little comments on 2 sets of the day that really impressed me.

Pete Morris, Dude you played a hell of a set and you impressed a lot of people with it and i rekon because of this set your gunna get a few offers to play set's else where i'd say and rightlly so as Wowzer you got some good dj skills there dude.

DJ Red, Played a top set, a 100% Vinyl set which you don't see that often anymore, just for the vinyl i had to give you a mention plus it was a top set aswell. Plus it was nice to chat to you and Lou before we left :)

It was nice to meet loads of new freindlly people and it was nice to get loads of top tips of loads of top dj's aswell.

All In All A Really Good Top Enjoyable Day / Night Out :)

yeah what a cracking day i must say.cheers for making us welcome hada good chat to most of you and cheers for the beers 2 ice cold my fave and them burgers where nice haha.well done to all the djs who played some top qaulity tunes all day and cheers housre for the lift mate.

cheers houser, was gutted to miss ur set but we will defo have to come and support you on ur next play out!! was lovely to meet u and pete morris and have a chat u were both safe as!!!!

loved all the sets we heard was flat out to most of them.... Red really enjoyed her set once she got into it and everyone we were with had a wicked time, they r all after a date for the next one lol

it was lovely meeting new people and seeing some old faces. A big shout out to pete (mr addict), kiki v, stu-j, rui-j to name a few!!! really enjoyed your company and chatting to you with a bit of banter thrown in lol.
everyone we met and spoke to were sound as and we had a really good laugh.

got to give a special mention to pat who is 70 this year who was flat out to pete's set, outlasting most of the youngsters towards te end of the night....without boring u with the details this lady was a legend!!!

all in all was one of the best days out in a good while, the atmosphere was wicked, everyone was relaxed and enjoying.

BRING ON THE NEXT ONE!!!!!!

yeh it was the deck tbh as they werent my decks and they were different to mine i didnt wana mess about with them so i asked stu to have a look and he dun summin to the weights then all was fine....got to admit it didnt help with my nerves happening right at the start of my set BUT once i got into it i really enjoyed myself!!
