I help run the night Toadstool and just have to say that without all the other guys who help, it wouldnt be possible.

They are - Toad, Boris Dan, Fungi~Psy'd, Tim, Dawn, Liz, Garry, Kevin, Wend, Rich.
They work for the love of it and never moan or bitch. They look after each other and all get on with the setting up, which isnt easy. As we put on a psytrance night, it takes some work to transform the club (Crackers in Gloucester) to an ultra violet wonderland, full of wall to wall brightly coloured backdrops. But its done in 2 hours from 7-9pm on the night. Everyone knows what to do and get on with it while still having a laugh with each other.

Then the girls that make up the dance troupe go get into their costumes. But the work they do doesnt stop there. The guys have to do their DJ slots whilst inbetween go round chatting to everyone. The girls and rest of the crew do the door, stall, take round ice pops, grapes & melon to the crowd, while spreading smiles and fun, and of course having a good stomp on the dance floor.

The sound system is sorted by the guys at Twisted Clarity who use an Opus rig ( the best quality sound you can hope to get!) which brings out the frequencies which bring the music to life, almost making it 3D!!

At the end of the night after saying goodbye to everyone the crew have to take all the decor down and pack it away. ( that doesnt take as longLOL!!) But it still takes energy that hopefully we have all saved a little of.

Its just nice then to all go back to one of the crews house and chill and talk about the night and listen to some tunes.

So - this is a big thanks to all my best friends who help us to bring joy and a 'rockin' good night out to all the lovely party people who come to Toadstool.
