May’s Break Out was an absolute stormer, the club filled with friendly up for it clubbers and superb sets from the DJs. Bristol-based Beatcats played an absolute storming two hour set of blistering breaks and house, with mind-blowing scratching from Sna-Fu. Chris Hughes and Simon Pisani kept the floor full all night long with the very finest electro, house and breaks. Whilst Resident DJ Lizzie “What’s That Sniffin?” Curious was celebrating in style after hearing the news that her recently released trance track Moonchild (produced under her trance alter-ego Starlet) was played by Armin Van Buuren to open his set at Hi-Fi! The next instalment of Break Out hits Riga in Stroud on 24th June with the very finest purveyors of house, breaks and electro, all wrapped up in a phat 14k soundsystem! We are very proud to welcome Bruce Almighty to Break Out for the first time. Bruce’s style of breaks will guarantee every single pair of feet will be stomping on the dancefloor from start to finish of his set. Bruce has DJ’d all over Gloucestershire at clubnites such as Area 51, relish as well as the infamous True Breaks secret barn parties. His impeccable mixing skills and super tune selection have taken him as far afield as Melbourne, Australia where he DJd at Strike. Needless to say we can’t wait to let Bruce Almighty loose behind the decks! Bruce Almighty is joined by ressie Lizzie Curious, and the tried-and-tested-and-given-the-double-thumbs-up DJs Chris Hughes and Simon Pisani. Meanwhile in room two you can enjoy more Antics, with house sets from Taffy, Jay and Blakey, plus an exclusive Old Skool set from Siy-Tek.
