Saturday July 19th is the 1st birthday of Elevation and to celebrate we will be throwing our biggest party yet! We will be transforming the main room of the Jailhouse in Hereford to present you with a Hard Trance Extravaganza! The most pounding uplifting hard trance will be brought to you on the night by the following dj’s:

Jon the Baptist & DJ Chuck-E have taken the Hard Trance scene by storm in recent days. Now a full time DJ and production/remix duo, the European Hard Trance scene has its life force here! With energetic showmanship and fast flowing original sets, the boys have been getting their awesome hard and uplifting productions dropped by the who’s who in UK and European hard Trance, including Kutski, Cally & Juice, Dave Joy, Mark EG, Technikal, Vandall, Scot Project & Alphazone.

All in all they have been setting the scene on fire and are vastly gaining respect from their UK hard trance counterparts, resulting in bookings for Frantic, Slammin’ Vinyl, Tranzaction and Pulse, as well as being exclusive DJ’s for European Hard Trance & Hardstyle pushers, Bionic and Breathe. Put simply, these boys are guaranteed to rock the Jailhouse!

At only 21, Frisky is one of Wales’ hottest young female DJ’s. Known for her love of the ‘harder sound’ and playing predominantly European Hard Trance has allowed Frisky to quickly make a mark on the dance music scene. Her DJ’ing skills combined with her excellent Hard Trance tune selection; crowd hyping antics and sexy image have already made her a firm favourite with the clubbers.

Since the tender age of 17 she has been a resident at Breathe in Swansea, alongside Cally & Juice, and the past couple of years have seen Frisky’s popularity spread. Playing regularly for the likes of Bionic, Frantic, Slammin’ Vinyl, Escape, Tranzaction (Truro), Concept (Ireland), Tranzfest (Plymouth) and Deztrxion (Leeds) has lead to an exclusive signing with UK Hard Dance agency, UDJs, who have successfully launched the careers of Andy Whitby and Cally Gage.

2007 was an exciting year for Frisky with her first release on Cally & Juice’s Ourstyle Recordings called “Time for Frisky”.

With all this under her belt at such a young age, it’s not difficult to see why Frisky is fast becoming one to watch out for in the future of Hard Dance and after performing in June to a 40,000 strong crowd at the Defqon1 Festival in Holland, followed by a week long party in Lloret De Mar with HTID in the Sun then a week in Ibiza with Bionic, Frisky then returns to England to slam it out at Elevation!

As a resident at Atmosphere and Resonate in the South West, Ben Eye can regularly be heard playing some of the best hard trance you will hear! With releases on Germantrance.com and Uberdruck records and performances at such events as HTID, Ben is more than experienced in the scene. Judging by his last set at Elevation, this time he’s likely to bring the house down! Be there when he does!

Being involved with such events as Trancefusion, Rude Awakening and Phunkt, running nights all over South Wales, Dj’s Estee and Mogz-E put so much into the Welsh Dance music scene, it’s unreal!

Estee continues to support local promoters playing for people such as Romper Stomper, BPM, Journey, Urban Chaos and loads more whilst also playing alongside the Big Jocks at events such as Bionic, Breathe, Time Flies and also Gatecrasher Wales and West, where she quickly became a resident.

With residencies at Evolution nightclub, Cardiff, The Arena, Abertillery, The Basement, Cwmbran and every other month at The Cotton Club, Newport, Mogz-E is well experienced in the dance scene. He has been focusing on events across the UK for 2007 and takes his dj career international in June, playing in Germany.

With all this under their belts, when these two team up in the Jailhouse, expect Tech Trance entertainment to the max!

As the promoter of Elevation, Dj Taurus consistently hammers out awesome Hard Trance sets at the Jailhouse and has played at such events as Journey and Rude Awakening in Cardiff and regularly appears at Emotion nights near Hay-on-Wye.

Guaranteed to get the party going, expect a set from this man filled with only the best old and new uplifting hard trance!

Dj KP, also a regular for Spunky at the Jailhouse, has previously played alongside dj’s such as Mark EG, M-Zone and Juice and Cally. He’ll be sure to get the party started with some old school trance sounds and will also be your host on the microphone for the night.

This event will undoubtedly be the biggest hard trance celebration the Jailhouse has seen this year so be sure not to miss it! Get down to Gaol Street in Hereford on the 19th and stake your place on the dance floor!
