As you probably know by now the Canal Club is once again going to be a major clubbing venue for the midlands.
For some time it has been thru various changes and finally it's going back to its roots as a dance venue. In the coming months you will see the biggest names in dance music with the best sound & lighting you can get in one of the most unique venues in the UK.

Plump Dj's, Fergie, Paul woolford, Yoda, Mickey Slim, Yousef, Annie Nightingale, Pete Tong, Freestylers are all names you can expect to see at this venue in 08 plus a hell of a lot more from some of the biggest and most respected promotions in the midlands.

Midweek you can expect student based nights plus live acts.

Thursdays will have something for everyone with rock and indie in the main room from Kerrang radio dj's & upstairs will be hosted by RAW bringing you the best in underground music from breaks, house, techno and dnb.

Fridays will be full on house music and student based events (more tbc).

Saturdays will be when the big names come to town. Confirmed events/promotions are ULTRA+, PLANET OF THE BREAKS, RAW, BOUNCE-O-RAMA, INVASION, MICKEY SLIM AND FRIENDS, HEAVEN ON EARTH & AMITIE plus talks are in progress to bring in CHEW THE FAT, SLINKY & even a BRANDON BLOCK, ALEX P and JEREMY HEALEY reunion party.

Situated next door to the train station and 2 minutes walk from the bus and metro stations plus a 6 am license, huge smoking area right next to the canal itself and a layout thats perfect for a serious party this venue truly is something you need to experience to appreciate it.

Coming up is the RAW party with JANETTE SLACK on the December 1st which is when you get to experience the full sound & lighting for the first time with the most up for it crowd in the city.
